Crete & the Ancient Minoan Civilization
Crete is the largest of the Greek isles, and its landscape is most certainly Mediterranean. One of the most notable sites from the ancient world is the Palace of Knossos, the center of the Minoan civilization. An extensive display of artifacts gives insight into the people of that time.
